Roasted fish with fresh potato salad is one of my favorite meals. Not many people like Mackerel Fish because it has strong taste, but I love it, especially roasted with some lemon, parsley and garlic.
I am especially proud of my pumpkin soup. Everyone at home liked it. I think I'm going to have to make it very often now. It's very easy to make, but it tastes like you had spent all day in the kitchen.
Zelnik is a savory pie which is very popular in Macedonia. It's pastry filled with cheese, spinach, leek or ground meat. My favorite is with leek and cheese, but during the Lent we make it with leek and soya crumbs, and it's equally delicious.
When it comes about healthy eating I think we all eat unhealthy things as snacks. We don't usually sit for lunch and dinner and eat unhealthy food intentionally, but when we need a snack we grab a packet of crisps or something like that.
This pasta sauce is absolutely delicious. My favorite non dairy pasta sauce. It's almost as tasty if it had cheese in it. Tasty and light. And so aromatic. With basil and sesame and garlic. Perfect combination of tastes.
I want to share with you one of my favorite healthy and delicious recipes. Risotto with brown rice and oyster mushrooms. I can eat this dish every day, literally. It's so delicious and full of all the nutritious ingredients that our body needs. And, above all, it's so easy to make.
